MarCom Company Profile

MarCom is a small, SBA-certified, Native American-owned 8(a), and woman-owned business with offices in Idaho Falls, Idaho, Butte, Montana and Fort Collins, Colorado. Founded in 2003, MarCom provides management, administrative, engineering, nuclear-operations, and health-and-safety services to U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) sites around the United States. These sites include Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory in New York, the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant in Kentucky, and Idaho National Laboratory, with heavy involvement in the Idaho Cleanup Project.

MarCom’s reputation is built on technical credibility and providing the highest caliber of qualified individuals for a diverse range of projects. We are committed to offering our clients the best possible personnel via the most cost-effective means.

MarCom was founded by Marcella Medor, a member of the Abenaki Tribe, who has 25 years of combined DOE and commercial nuclear experience, giving her the background, knowledge, and credibility to match staff capabilities with client needs.
